Payment Details

Payment can be made by:

• Cash on collection
• Cheques (Goods despatched after funds have cleared, cheque payable to J Reeves).
• Uncrossed Postal Order made payable to J Reeves
• Crossed Postal Order made payable to J Reeves (Crossed P/O take 3 days to clear in my bank, sorry their rules not mine).
• Paypal (no charges)
• Paypal Echeque (goods despatched after funds have cleared, this can take up to 10 days to clear !!!!)
• Bank Transfer (UK Only)

You have a 7 day cooling off period to return the item in original condition and cancel the

contract; a full refund will be given including the original postage price.

The software must be unopened and still sealed.

The return postage is non refundable.        

This only applies to 'buy it now' items not items which were won in an auction.

This option is only available to UK residents only.

Delivery Information

You will be emailed once your item has been despatched, delivery times cannot be guaranteed

 unless you have paid for a Special delivery service.

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class which is normally delivered within 

1-2 working days but at busier times of the year can take longer.

Larger items are sent via a full tracked service either UPS or Parcelforce.

Overseas delivery

Smaller items are only sent via Royal Mail Airsure to the following countries below:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, 

Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, 

Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.

World Zone two: New Zealand
