Wedding Prices

Every couple has their own ideas about how they would like their wedding to be photographed and I pay particular attention to personal priorities and preferences. I am most often asked for a mixture of formal and informal images in both black and white and colour.

By the time your wedding day arrives we will have got to know each other and agreed a photographic plan so that you feel familiar and relaxed with me on the day and this is invariably reflected in the photographs.

My aim is to capture the story of your special day as it unfolds, in a relaxed and thoughtful way, featuring the people, the emotions, the humor, the little details over which you have taken so much care, all using natural light as far as possible. The emphasis is on considerate, personal service so that the photography will fit seamlessly into the day you have planned, leaving you the maximum time to enjoy with your family and friends.

I find that offering too wide a variety of wedding photography packages can prove confusing. I offer three main packages, each offering slightly different options, please see below for details. However, I am aware that everyone has different priorities and you are welcome to add on extra services to suit your requirements or to ask me to quote for a personalised service.

1.   Ruby Package - £395

• Introduction meeting, in the comfort of your own home, to discuss your big day.
• A follow up meeting 2 weeks before your big day to go over the final details
• Arrival One Hour before church service until your wedding breakfast
• 40 images chosen by you will be edited (with Photoshop)
• The above 40 images provided in a 10" x 8" Hardback Photo Story Book
• All images available for viewing on your own website with password that only you can access and download.
• Photos on a DVD data disk without the word “copyright” so you can print your own pictures. All images in JPG & RAW format
• Photos supplied on a DVD Slideshow with music of your choice (for viewing on any standard DVD player).

2. Sapphire Package - £795

• Introduction meeting, in the comfort of your own home, to discuss your big day.
• A follow up meeting 2 weeks before your big day to go over the final details
• Bridal preparations (up to 2 hours before the church service) until your wedding breakfast
• 60 images chosen by you will be edited (with Photoshop)
• All images available for viewing on your own website with password that only you can access and download.
• Photos on a DVD data disk without the word “copyright” so you can print your own pictures. All images in JPG & RAW format
• Photos supplied on a DVD Slideshow with music of your choice (for viewing on any standard DVD player).
• 2 Copies of All Disks

AND:-

A GraphiStudio Original Wedding Book Album 20cm x 30cm (as seen in the national Bridal Press). For the ultimate in presentation, 40 pictures chosen by you bound in a beautiful coffee table style album. (Book pages can be made from either smooth/textured or Photographic Paper) and includes a Metal, Transparent, Silk or Leatherette Cover) see their website for photos of the different covers etc.)

3. Diamond Package - £995

• Introduction meeting, in the comfort of your own home, to discuss your big day.
• A follow up meeting 2 weeks before your big day to go over the final details
• 60 images chosen by you will be edited (with Photoshop)
• All day from the bridal preparations until after your first dance
• 80 images chosen by you will be edited (with Photoshop)
• All images available for viewing on your own website with password that only you can access and download.
• Photos on a DVD data disk without the word “copyright” so you can print your own pictures. All images in JPG & RAW format
• Photos supplied on a DVD Slideshow with music of your choice (for viewing on any standard DVD player).
• 3 Copies of All Disks
• One (1) 15" x 10" Print (of your choice) Framed

AND:-

A GraphiStudio Original Wedding Book Album 25cm x 35cm (as seen in the national Bridal Press).  For the ultimate in presentation, 60 pictures chosen by you bound in a beautiful coffee table style album. (Book can be made from either Metallic (Laminated), Photographic Paper or Smooth Textured Paper) and includes a Metal, Transparent, Silk, Leatherette Cover or a Crystal Glance Cover (see their website for photos of the different covers etc.)

Other options

If you have a large family then choose one of the following (only with Graphistudio Album purchase):-

• Eight 10cm x 13cm 20 page (40 image) Pocket Books  £130
• Two 15cm x 20cm 20 page (40 image) Parent Books    £130
• A Coffee Table Hardback Story Book with all your  chosen images that have been edited with Photoshop 10” x 8”   - £75  (only £40 if choosing a pocket or parent book as well)

If you need extra coverage e.g. first dance of the married couple & photos of evening reception (not included with option 1 & 2) - £75 (per approximate 60 - 90 minutes.)

Other information:-

All images will be available online viewing/downloading for a minimum of 3 years.

Booking and Payment

Once we have confirmed your preferred date is available we will send you our Terms and Conditions which require signing and returning along with a £100 non-refundable deposit. This will secure your booking for your chosen date.
