HOW WE RECOVER DATA - EASY READ

MIRROR IMAGE RETRIEVAL usually tried first
If you have to keep the layout structure of you disk media intact such as installation directories necessary ROOT layouts such as server policies etc, we will try this method first. If all goes well, all you would need to do is plug your new disk into your Server workstation laptop and it will be the same as it was the day before it crashed.

DIRECT UNSTOPPABLE COPY
If your disk or media is not damaged physically and is caused by software corruption and failures we will use this method. It is a straight forward process meaning you will usually have your data within 48 hours depending on the size of the media.

SOFTWARE RETRIEVAL - BINARY LEVELS & SUB LEVELS
If the above methods seem impossible due to massive DISK MEDIA damage then this will be tried next.
This is a low level binary recovery. We use a 2byte data retrieval, this is the best type of recovery to perform on a software level. Nothing beats this type of retrieval on a software basis. In some cases, we recover more data than the actual size of the disk. sometimes 10 times more!
Even if you have formatted your hard drive or media and packed it over and over again this type of retrieval will probably get it all back for you.

MEDIA RE-IGNITION
If we need to we will re-ignite your media, bring it back to life for a short period of time before we continue with the data recovery. Sometimes it is not the actual disk that is damaged but the reading head therefore we can transfer the same disk media over to another environment.

HARDWARE RETRIEVAL
If all else fails we will send your disk to a lab in which your disk will undergo extensive physical hardware treatment in order to retrieve your data.
