Despatch

• We aim to dispatch item(s) within 1 working day of cleared payment.

Payement

• Please make payment as soon as possible to ensure quick dispatch. Please note that after 7 days of non-payment a dispute will be opened as required by eBay for seller fees to be refunded. If payment is made during the 7 day dispute period then it will be closed and the item will be dispatched.

• If purchasing more than one item from us then please await an invoice so we can check that the postage amounts are correct and adjust if any savings can be passed on to the customer.

• Also note that crossed postal orders require banking and take longer to clear than uncrossed postal orders. Also note that money orders are not postal orders and are not accepted.

Returns

• Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

• If item is faulty then a full refund including postage will be credited.

• For non-faulty items the refund will exclude postage and listing costs providing the item is resellable.

FAQ

Q. Do you combine postage for more than one item?

A. The packaging is pre-paid of a fixed size and weight so it isn't possible to combine items.

Q. Which is the best fabric blend to use?

A. Because cotton naturally wrinkles, manufactures add polyester to give it wash, wear and more crease resistance. Polyester is a strong fiber that is resistant to crease and thus keeps it shape. Blends of polyester give cotton a permanent press property and extend the wear of these blended garments. People may argue that cotton is softer than a ploy-cotton mix but that depends on the cotton weave. Muslin, for example, is the cheapest of the cotton weaves and has a sheer to coarse finnish. And of course how a fabric feels doesn't affect the photographic image produced.

Q. Is it possible to collect items?

A. We are sorry that we dont have the facilty for customers to collect items as our business is purly a postage service and we dont have premises that are accessible to the public.
