Delivery

This item is available for immediate despatch from our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK. Where we receive cleared payment by midday, Monday to Friday (excluding English Bank Holidays), items are normally dispatched the same day.

UK Delivery

Delivery for this item is FREE of charge to all UK addresses. Please allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding English Bank Holidays) for delivery within the UK, following clearance of your payment.

European Delivery

Delivery for this item is just £3.50 to all European addresses. Our carriers quote 3-6 working days for delivery but please allow up to 14 days.

Deliveries to European Union countries (excluding Cyprus and Malta), Norway and Switzerland will be sent via a tracked delivery service. You will be sent the tracking details via email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Rest of World Delivery

Delivery for this item is just £5.50 to all addresses outside of Europe. Our carriers quote 3-6 working days for delivery but please allow up to 28 days.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery please telephone our customer services team on 01282 471590 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s).

In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us. In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.

Please note that PhysioRoom, or our fulfilment partner Trueshopping, cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.

If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of PhysioRoom / Trueshopping, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.

In some cases where we need you to return the goods directly to one of our suppliers we may be charged a handling fee which we will pass on to you. Typical charges are 15% to 20%.
