We aim to get all purchases dispatched within 2 working days unless payment is by cheque when it can take up to 10 days but item will be sent as soon as payment has cleared into our bank account. If it is needed for a gift we will do our best to get it to you by the time required but please let us know as we are not mind readers. Purchases are securely packaged in strong boxes (if applicable) and we are not responsible for packages once they have left us and can no longer give a refund for any breakages in the post, but will retain all proof of postage. We describe all items to the best of our knowledge and do not knowingly describe something wrongly, but we are only human so please send a photo of the discrepancy on day of receipt and we will give a full or partial refund if necessary. Most of our items are vintage and in a used condition (unless otherwise stated) so please bear this in mind and do not expect them to be in mint condition.
