All Items paid for before 4pm will be posted the same day. Items paid after 4pm are posted the next working day.
If you are paying by cheque, postal order or e cheque please give enough time for the payment to clear.
We are unable to post on Mondays and Wednesday afternoons. Any items paid for between 4pm on Saturday and 4pm Tuesday will be posted on Tuesday. Items paid for on a Wednesday afternoon will be posted on Thursday.
Please request if you need special delivery. If your item gets lost in the post all we can provide is proof of posting. Royal Mail does not consider items to be lost until 15 working days after date of posting. If your item has not arrived by then please get in touch.
All Payment within 7 days of completion of auction and please complete checkout within 3 days.
We can only post to your confirmed payment address if you pay by paypal. If you need posting to a different address please consider paying by cheque, postal order.
Successful Bidders will have positive feedback left upon satisfactory conclusion of the transaction once feedback has been left for us. Non-paying bidders will have a 'non-paying bidder report' filed against them.
