Returns will only be accepted if buyer notifies me within seven days of receipt, and if the item is not as described in the listing. I pack my items with great care using loads of bubble and I always get proof of posting. I do not accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by the Post Office. I will of course assist the buyer in any claim against the Post Office should this occur. |
