My Mum wore this in the 80s when they were all the fashion.

It's a black chiffon scarf with silver edging and dots and measures approx 29" long x 9.5" wide and then there is a chiffon rose with the same design that has a plastic ring at the base and the scarf slips through this and you can tie it then where you want the rose to show.
