This is a Presidente Cerveza Pilsner Type Beer tray.  The diameter of the tray is 14 inches.  It is 2 inches deep.  The design is on the inside of the tray (picture 1) as well as on the bottom of the tray (picture 2).  The tray has some surface scratches due to normal use, but no deep dents or damage.
