If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer (Online Banking) please ask me for my account details.   All payment must be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

ChiChi Eyewear will securely package your sunglasses and guarantee to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of payment being received.

We will send you an email stating when the goods have been dispatched.
Please note all goods purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the following business day.

We offer a 30 day guarantee on all sunglasses - if at any time your sunglasses break during normal use we will provide a replacement pair free of charge (you will only have to pay for Postage and Packaging).

We offer a returns policy - allowing you to return any damaged sunglasses in exchange for a new pair or a full refund. Refund notes :
- all returns much reach us within 14 days (in the original packaging) to qualify for a full refund.
- we do not pay or refund any postage costs incurred during the return of any goods
- it is your responsibility to ensure that adequate postal insurance is included on returns as we will only provide refunds once returned goods have been received.
