In addition to the statutory 7 days WWSM allow returns up to 30 days after delivery. There are some exceptions. If you decide you do not want the goods you need to inform us in writing within 30 days of delivery by fax or email. A telephone call is not enough. Remember that you must take care of the goods and return them to us at your own cost. For your own benefit it is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items not arriving here safely. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. In some special cases you do not have the right to return within 30 days, these include: Goods made to your personal specifications, Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly (e.g.. flowers or foods), Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have opened, Other sealed Goods which you have opened, Goods which have already been used.
