Pre-Columbian Mezcala Figure, ca. Late Preclassic, from Mexico's Guerrero region. With very detailed facial features, delineated by grooves; broad nose, recessed eyes, and parted lips.  Standing on short legs, the arms folded up to the chest.  In a speckled green stone, with some veins and signs of erosion.  A very unique piece.  Height: 7 3/4in,  Width: 4 1/4in,  Depth: 2 3/8in.  I do combine shipping on various purchases!
