Delivery Charges & Terms:
We take great care packaging every item to
ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of
materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received
cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow
extra time if you are paying by cheque. We would also ask you to supply a
contact phone number for us to pass on to our couriers to aid delivery.
Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the
Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may
be levied to cover carriage to these areas (listed below). We advise customers
to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders.

Payment:
We
accept PayPal in accordance with the eBay seller protection policy and
we will only dispatch goods to the registered address on the eBay
invoice.
We also accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card
securely via our sales line number: 01259 218103. They will be subject
to own rigorous fraud checks and will only be delivered to the
registered card addresses.
We also accept Bank Transfer as a
method of secure payment as well as Postal Orders and Cheques to our
Business address, cheques will be given 5 full working days to clear
before goods are dispatched. All Auction, Shop Inventory and "Buy It
Now" prices include VAT. A VAT receipt will be supplied upon delivery.
Returns:
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however
we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is
the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us by
the cheapest recorded method. If the item is found to be faulty, we
will also refund the postage cost within 7 days.
Terms:
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the
