The international buyer is responsible for all customs tariffs, taxes, duties and regulations. If this item is not within the guidelines of your local governments import regulations the seller cannot be held responsible.
            
International buyers will be expected to pay actual shipping costs. We primarily use the USPS for international shipments.
            
International shipments require shipping insurance. International Buyers must handle the insurance claim process from thier end. Our responsibility for delivery of any internationally shipped item ends when we transfer the item to the shipping agent or company. We will not honor charge backs from international buyers via PayPal or any other payment gateway for claims of non-delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure your item clears customs in your home country. We can not honor claims of any kind outside the USA. We will make every attempt to track your item and to help locate it if it is mis-routed but all liability transfers to the buyer upon shipment.
            
Most items ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Items that require special handling or crating services may take longer. If a handling charge is detailed, this amount is in addition to any shipping charges. Handling or crating charges are fees that we incur on certain items in order to properly crate or pack them for shipment.
            
        
        

            

            
Flat Rate Shipping rates where quoted are for the continental 48 states.
            
If flat rate shipping is offered on any item, the flat rate shipping cost quoted only applies to those items shipped and delivered to addresses within the continental (lower 48) United States. All other buyers should email for a quote for actual shipping costs to their location. Please accept our apologies if this occurs, we cannot be held responsible for the volatile and ever changing nature of shipping rates. We utilize USPS and Fed Ex Ground and DHL primarily for domestic shipping. We reserve the right to use any other shipping option at any time.

If the shipping insurance option is not selected or requested the seller can not be held responsible for any damages to the item which occur during shipment. If shipping insurance is requested and purchased, any claims are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is Due prior to shipment of all items.  No item will ship until payment is made in full and all funds clear our banking institution. For financing options on large item purchases please call our office for details.
