 Shipping and Payment Terms

Same / next working day dispatch upon receipt of payment

Pay by 12pm and your item will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next day (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Items paid for after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Items are delivered any time up till 4pm.

• Delivery to Mainland UK - £15  (Please ask for a quote before bidding if you are off the mainland)
  
• Please note that delivery to Scottish highlands can take up to 5 days

·    Please supply us with a phone number that we can give to the courier upon purchase

·    Delivery before 12pm - £6 Extra

·    Postal Insurance - £2

• Postal insurance is optional, but if declined, and your item is damaged during transit, you will have to pay for the delivery of any returns or replacement pieces

·     Please pay within 2 days of end of auction

  Pick Up / Collect

You can save on delivery costs by picking up at our warehouse in Knottingley, Pontefract (Mon-Fri only).

• There is a £2 collection charge for handling and packaging
  
• Delivery of returns and replacements is the responsibility of the customer

  Returns

·        Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if your purchase is damaged, faulty or not as ordered

·        We will replace any damaged item or any item that is not compliant with the product advertisement. We may sometimes require proof of damage (photo or item returned) and a brief explanation  

·        If we are unable to resolve your issue to your satisfaction, the product can be returned for a full refund. Please ensure that the product is returned in original condition and in original packaging

·        Please note that we can not refund delivery costs unless our postal insurance is taken

 Product Care 

Your new product should give you years of pleasure. Some simple recommendations may help to keep your product in good condition.

• Try to use the product only for it's intended purpose. Living room furniture for example is not designed for outdoor use
   
• Always wipe up stains and water spillage immediately, to prevent prolonged damage
  
• All our furniture is kiln dried to suit the humidity in the UK, however if exposed to dramatic temperature changes, excessive splitting and warping may occur. For this reason we advise caution if placing your furniture directly next to radiators or in conservatories
  
• Wood is a natural product. Some expansion and movement of the wood is normal. The colour of the wood may alter over time. This is normal and adds to the character of wood products
