Seward PAC 500 tester.

Hand held lightweight electrical safety checker 240v.

Tests class 1 and class 2 electrical items, has separate neon pass/fail indicators of insulation of earth and continuity test. Complete with instructions, test lead and carry case. 

 Although it has been used, and it does work , I think it will need to be calibrated before use.

It is in excellent condition with no chips or damage to casing

This item costs over £200 if bought from one of the well known outlets
