This is a bespoke portable building which was used as a store for Jarvis, the railway contractors.  It was built for them by Wernick Hire and I purchased it from them in 2006.

The steel pre-fabricated store features:

Overal size of the store is 20' x 8' x 8'

10 x 3' wide floor to ceiling wooden shelving bays (5 each side) with three shelves in each bay.  Each shelf has a height of 2'.

5' loading/delivery area

The building is insulated and boarded after the first 18" from the doors

The floor is fully boarded

4 x tubular heaters

2 x fluorescent light fittings

Consumer unit (fuse board)

1 x single socket but with spare capacity in the consumer unit to allow more to be installed

Jack Legs so that it can be sited on sloping land as shown in the pictures

IT IS DRY AND HAS NO LEAKS

Security - EGA 5 lever lock with two keys and a concealed padlock cover

Double full height doors allowing full access when both open

Spring mounted bolts on the secondary door

External handle operates two bolts on the main door.  These are locked shut with the 5 lever lock

Used by me as a replacement shed after I had to demolish my garage to make way for an extension I have built.

It now needs to move on to allow me to build a new pre-fab concrete garage in its place.

The cabin is sited just off the A19, between Selby and the M62.
