Genuine Factory 911 Turbo Cabriolet (930)

This will be the last time I advertise this car on eBay, On previous listings I have had nothing but dreamers, time wasters and complete idiots. Please please please, if you do not have the funds to buy this car DONT bid!!

This is a very special opportunity to purchase what is an extremely sought after and very, very rare car.

This is a GENUINE factory 911 (930) turbo cabriolet. one of only 100 cars ever produced. This is a very reluctant sale from my own personal collection which I have had to reduce due to lack of space after a recent house move.

The colour is Ice Blue with charcoal grey hood, The leather is Ivory. The car is complete with matching hood cover (Two of the clips are missing) and all tools, tyre inflator etc that come when new. The car is in absolutely stunning condition and I recommend any serious buyers to view to appreciate how good it really is.

The car itself has been a toy since it left the Porsche factory in August 1988, It has covered a GENUINE and heavily documented 24k miles. I have every MOT certificate up to 2004 where it was then registered on the Isle of Man (No MOT test required there) the vehicle is currently at my UK home but is still registered on the IOM, (Its a simple job to register back in the UK).

The car comes complete with a Full service history totaling 12 Service stamps and 3 fluid and coolant stamps, the last service was carried out by Strasse Porsche in Leeds.

A common problem on these cars was the syncro on 2nd and 3rd gear, this was just starting to catch so I sent the car in to Strasse Porsche (Leeds) and had a FULL gearbox rebuild complete with new clutch and Hydraulic Cam Chain Tensioners this alone cost over £3000. (This is the 4 speed gearbox not the later G50 box)

The car runs and drives like you would expect with only 24k on the clock, No problems anywhere and the Air Con is still nice and cold.

The car is also fitted with a CAT1 Laser line Alarm & Immobiliser This is total closure including windows and roof, This cost over £600.

The car is a stunning example of a classic Porsche, It has in the past had some paint and a new O/S front wing, (Previous owner damaged this on entry to his garage) This was carried out by a Porsche approved bodyshop, Again I have all the paperwork from porsche to prove this.

There are one or two little chips as you would expect; the worst being on the front bumper about the size of a 10p but nothing major at all. Inside there is a little wear to the bolsters on the seats but again nothing excessive. The stitching on the steering wheel could do with replacing, the actual leather is fine. I am being very very picky!!

This is a GENUINE sale of a GENUINE car, I expect all interested parties to be the same, This car does NOT get used in the rain, nor does anyone other than myself drive it! (If you want to drive it, Buy it!) This is surely an appreciating asset, I haven't seen another anywhere with this low mileage and they only built 100! It can only make money!!

I am happy for any Porsche / Specialist vehicle inspections to be carried out on the vehicle here at my home but I will not take it out in the wet!

Please Note, the registration Number is NOT included as this is a Manx plate and cannot be used in the UK. The vehicle will return to its original F plate once registered back in the UK.
