Royal Mail state that their is a 15 working day wait until an item can be classed as lost in the post. Once the 16th working day arrives I will either send you a replacement or full refund.

Please contact me within 7 days upon receipt of your item if you are making a return. If you do not contact me by 7th day of receipt of the item it will be exempt the refund/exchange policy.
