    * 14 day return period

You may cancel your order at any time within 14 working days after the day you receive your products - please contact us for a return authorisation number. Items should be returned immediately, unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Care should be taken to ensure the goods are not damaged during the cancellation process or during transit.

Products returned within the 14 day period, as described, will be refunded in full, however you will be responsible for paying to return the item and this charge will not be refunded.

If the order is cancelled but goods are not returned to us in the given time, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs incurred in doing so. If products are returned at our expense, we reserve the right to recover such costs from you.

·         Faulty Goods.

In the unlikely event that products are found to be faulty, please contact us for a returns authorisation number and return the items immediately. We will arrange for a refund (to include the cost of returning the items to us) or replacement item.
