A charming, quiet and secluded house above the sought-after village of Palio Klima near Glossa. Spacious accommodation inside, and large pretty terraces and eating/seating areas outside, make this a delightful holiday hide-away, with easy access by car or for walking.

This delightful cottage-style house is a beautifully restored traditional ‘kalivi’ with thick stone walls (cool in summer), beautiful exposed chestnut beams and an ingenious use of different levels and spaces, both internally and in the outside spaces, to provide relaxed and comfortable holiday accommodation.  An open-plan multi-level living room comprises two sitting room spaces with a raised kitchen area, further raised small office area and separate sleeping platform. A separate bedroom and large bathroom complete the accommodation.

The front door leads into the main living area with an open wooden ceiling. The lower floor level is marble tiled, and the upper level polished wood. To the left is a dining table and four chairs and built-in large sofa, as well as a separate outside door to the middle terrace. To the right the raised level has another large sofa, armchairs, recessed bookshelf and a beautiful traditional fireplace/bread oven. Wooden stairs from the main living room lead to a large curtained sleeping platform with large double mattress and free-standing hanging wardrobe.
