Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card ,Paypal, Postal Orders, UK Cheque,  Bank Transfer.  All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. 

Paypal payments: please ensure your delivery address is confirmed .

Payment by Credit or debit card over the phone, please call us on 0870 8033025 with your card details, ensure that the delivery address is the same as to where your card is registered to.

Payment by cheque: allow up to 5-7 working days for clearance.

Auctions listed with " Immediate payment required " we accept only Paypal.

Terms of payment by credit / debit  card: We can only send orders to the card holder registered address, for overseas transactions we might require further proofs.

Terms of payment by Paypal: we can only send orders to your confirmed paypal delivery address. We might reject any payment from unconfirmed address.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE: FULL NAME & ADDRESS INCLUDING POSTCODE , CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER REQUIRED FOR COURIERS. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Orders will be sent via the most cost effective and secure method we find appropriate such as; Royal mail Recorded , Special or Registered, DHL , Interlink Express , TNT or others. All deliveries will require a signature .  Remote Controls or small items we might sent by First Class Post. 

SMALL ITEMS AS CARDS, CAMS, LEADS WHICH CAN BE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL INCLUDE FULL UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND COVERAGE.

ITEMS WHICH WE HAVE TO USE COURIER SERVICES SUCH AS DISHES, RECEIVERS ETC. WE WILL ONLY COVER UK MAINLAND. FOR OFFSHORE , NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLES THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA £ 15.00 PAYABLE TOWARDS THE POSTAGE COST.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced  if returned to us within 7 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item ( Please note that the above terms does not apply to products sold as seen or without any warranty) It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. All non faulty or items ordered in error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus postage charge. Any items missing from order should be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt.
