Once you have purchased the item, our system will send an Invoice email to the email address you have registered with Ebay. Please ensure this email address is correct. Our system requires you to use our Secure Checkout to quickly enter all the details needed to dispatch the item. If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal to confirm payment for the item.

All our Auction and "Buy-It-Now" prices include VAT. A VAT Invoice will be sent out with the item, and is usually enclosed in the document wallet attached to the Parcel. Please keep this for your records, as it is your proof of purchase.

We aim to make the price of Postage and Packaging as transparent as possible, so that you can buy from HitchensHotDeals with complete confidence. Our Postage costs are calculated from what it costs us to Pick, Pack, and Post the item. We do not make a profit on the postage cost.

Most of our items are sent out using Parcelforce, the UK's leading Courier company. With smaller items our Secure Checkout will give you the option of having them posted with Royal Mail, using their Second Class Recorded service. Larger Items over 30kg in weight or 1.5m in length are sent with TNT using their Express Delivery Service.

PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR COURIERS REQUIRE ITEMS TO BE SIGNED FOR.
Items on 24 or 48hr services cannot be delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Items are normally dispatched the next working day after we receive cleared payment. We will send an email to your default ebay email address on the day the item will be dispatched. If you do not receive an email, check your spam box, or check the email address you have registered with ebay is correct. We dispatch items from Monday to Friday, but not at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Ebay and Paypal registered addresses are not always correct, so our system will dispatch the item to the shipping address you enter into our Secure Checkout. This ensures we always dispatch to the exact address you specify.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

We strive to ensure all our customers are pleased with their purchase. Unfortunately items do occasionally get mishandled in transit, and can arrive damaged or faulty. If this happens please e-mail us immediately, and we will exchange the item as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.

All our electrical goods carry a full 6 month guarantee with us, from date of purchase. Should an item become faulty within this period, please e-mail us, and we will usually arrange collection of the item within the UK. If the item is found not to be faulty, we will be unable to refund the original postage cost.
