Shipping and Handling:
We ship our inventory strictly USPS at this time. We guarantee shipments to be processed in 3 business days. We will make every attempt to ship sooner than 3 business days whenever possible as we strive to provide fast shipping with every purchase our buyers make. We do offer combined shipping. When purchasing across multiple listings, proceed to PayPal checkout but do not pay until we invoice you.
Payments:
We only accept PayPal for payments on our merchandise. On our store inventory items and fixed price, we expect payment immediately. On auction style listings, we expect payment from the winner of the auction by the end of the fourth day from auction end. Regardless of the style of listing, if the item is not paid by the seventh day of purchase, we will request cancellation and relist the item. On invoiced items, (for combined shipping) the rule applies beginning at the time the invoice is sent from us.
Feedback:
We uphold the discipline of providing feedback to our buyers. We strongly encourage all of our buyers to provide us with feedback once they receive their purchases. All we ask is, please let us know before giving negative feedback or low ratings. We are more than willing to make it right for all of our buyers. Give us a chance to correct any problems first, please.
Returns:
We offer a 3 day refund/exchange policy with minimal exceptions as noted in this paragraph. What this means is this: we give you 3 days from receipt of your shipment to let us know about a defective item. If we can replace it, we will. If not, we will promptly process a refund through PayPal. In regards to computer parts/accessories...we only guarantee against DOA. (Unless listed as "as is") We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges due to compatibility issues. Please read our listings very close before bidding or purchasing these parts. We list very carefully all compatibility issues. Bradford Plates and other items with Certificates of Authenticity: we guarantee to ship your item as listed and with the COA number we list.
