I do NOT make profit on post fees and you will receive the cheapest price I can possibly offer. If your parcel is lost or damaged, try not to worry. Recorded delivery slips and proof-of-post receipts will be retained by me in case of theft or loss of post. I am happy to pursue loss or theft claims on recorded delivery items and will refund only if items are stated as lost by the post office and as long as I am refunded by them. If items have been signed for in error I am not responsible and will not give refunds. I am afraid that I am not prepared to refund any item lost or damaged when sent by regular mail as I am not prepared to be left out of pocket or to have my excellent service abused by dishonest people.
