This is accurate to within 92% to giving you the correct weather forecast in your local area for twelve hours however it will only work in the Northern Hemisphere. If you have a barometer or barograph and wonder why when it reads high pressure it is not hot and sunny or conversely the opposite for low pressure then this simple device will accurately supply you with the correct forecast. It can calculate over 54,000 permutations. All you need to do is hold the 95mm/3 ¾ inch plastic disc and rotate the dials to read barometric pressure/summer or winter/wind direction and whether your barometer is rising or falling. From these readings an alphabetical code will be read on the forecaster from A-Z. For instance if it reads “T” your local forecast will be read on the back as “very unsettled finer at times”.
The original design was patented by Negretti and Zambra in the late 19th century. I have improved the device by increasing its size. Making it easier to read and handle. And included millibar
readings.
The device has been used giving accurate forecasts in all parts of the Northern Hemisphere.
