POSTAGE
On Larger items we will dispatch by either FedEx Couriers or Parcel Force, whichever gives the better price &/or
service for that particular parcel/destination. Both will collect from our premises in the afternoon (weekdays) and both offer
a next working day delivery and an economy 2/3 working day delivery service.
On smaller items we will use Royal Mail and will always dispatch within 1 working day of your order. We dispatch Monday to Friday around 15:00hrs, orders placed after 13.00hrs will be
dispatched the next working day. We always obtain a "Certificate of Posting" receipt, which is as good as
Insurance for the first £32in value, for more valuable items we'll get a quote for Insurance. For any mixture
of postage items please email for best quote.
We don't aim to make a profit out of postage, just more or less break even. Please note, we RENT a Franking machine so obtain a postage
discount from Royal Mail. However, as well as rent we have to buy ink (£36.50) labels (ca 6p each) and when the postal rates
go up we have to pay around £85 to update the postal prices! We will always post overseas if needed please use "Ask seller a question" - "Email the Seller" for a competitive quote.

OUR POLICIES
All our "New" items are new - not refurbished, repaired, rejuvenated,
repatriated from the back of a lorry or reconstructed from the parts of several broken items !! So if I say
it is 'New' it is because I bought it believing it to be new and haven't used it. Anything else is used, I
don't touch things up to make them look new. Any Second hand items are always marked as such. I
occasionally buy catalogue returns but will ALWAYS advise of such in the listing. Please remember, with
us you always have full consumer rights. We will always replace damaged or faulty items.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted if returned within 14 days. Everything is sold in utmost good faith. if you are dissatisfied in any
way please contact us before leaving negative feedback so that your dispute can be settled. If you really
don't want the item you can send it back securely wrapped (at your expense) and we'll refund your money. We
always respond to feedback as soon as we know item is delivered and you are happy. No need for
negatives on either side, nothing is worth falling out over. | |
Shop around:
It is always worthwhile comparing prices. Consider whether any after-sales service is included in
the price. Always check the small print. You should also make sure you know who you are dealing
with. Check that the seller is who they say they are. Make sure you know their correct address. Take
your time. Don’t be rushed into making a decision. Do not be swayed by offers of a good price
only if you buy it quickly. If it is a good company and a genuine deal, it will be there tomorrow.

Is there a returns policy?
For goods bought in a sale, you have the same rights as normal, unless a particular fault has been
pointed out to you in advance. For second-hand goods, you have the same rights as normal, unless
some fault is expected or has been pointed out to you.
Some traders have a ‘goodwill’ policy for returning unwanted or duplicated goods. If they don’t have
a goodwill policy, you can ask if they will allow you to return the goods and have a refund of your
money on this particular purchase, but you have to get them to agree to this. Remember, if goods
are not faulty, the trader does not have to do anything. However, they may issue a credit note or
exchange on a goodwill basis. You should always check how long the credit note is valid for.
