All our products are supermarket & other high street store returns, these consist of failed deliveries or items where the customer has had a change of mind, some items will simply have damaged packaging.

All items can be collected Monday to Friday, between 10am & 4pm from our warehouse, we are based in Canterbury, Kent, please email us for our address after winning an item to make sure that somebody will be there.

All our products are checked for any damage before being listed and usually any damaged products will be sold at markets & boot fairs, packaging can sometimes be “tired” due to the 3/4 courier trips it has taken but this has no reflection on the product in the box.

Generally we will be offering a starting price of around 70% off the retail price and buy it now at around 40 % of the retail price.

We offer a refund of all goods returned excluding the carriage charge and it is your responsibility to return the product to us if you change your mind.

We try to be as honest and accurate as possible with all of our listings but we may make the odd mistake & will ensure to work together with our customer to rectify any problems quickly & amicably.
