Return Policy

While we attempt to be very thorough and accurate with our product descriptions, the actual product may vary from what we have described. As a result, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, minus the shipping cost, within 30 days of the purchase date if the following conditions are met:

1) Item must be in new condition in original packaging
2) Item must be in its original packaging without any assembly or alteration of the product or it`s packaging by the customer

Due to the nature of high performance Radio Control products and Model Train sets and the skill required for their use, no returns will be accepted for used products for any reason including defects. Once you have altered the condition of the product from new in any way, you will be required to contact the manufacturer of the product for any warranty related repairs associated with product defects.

All returned items must have an RA (Return Authorization) number clearly marked on the box. Please contact us at (800) 356-3289 to obtain your RA number.

If your product is damaged during shipment, refuse it if possible. If you were not able to refuse it, contact us immediately for an RA (Return Authorization) number.
