Your information on eBay such as,  email address and phone number must be current and valid. We send out End of Auction Notification emails to the address on eBay only. Your email address must be able to accept incoming emails (i.e. not set to filter inbound emails such as AOLs mail blocking feature or with a full email box that can no longer accept emails from anyone). We send an email to everyone that wins in 24 hours from the close of auction. If you did not receive it, please contact us at Lucklybid@tom.com to receive a copy. When making this request, please tell us your name, ebay user id, and item number, especially if you are writing from a different email address.

The most common problem we have communicating with bidders on eBay is an invalid email address or a full email box. Please inform us prior to the close of an auction if you are not using a working email address. We respond to EVERY email we receive, but we need a valid email address to write back to you. We use your email address on eBay to write you concerning your auction as well as emailing UPS tracking numbers. Email response during the weekend and holidays will be delay.

Payments must be made within 7 days after auction has ended. Non-paying bidder will get a negative feedback and will be reported to eBay for suspensions.

All sales are final, item sold "as-is". Since all sales are in auction format, all auction sales are final. No refunds are available, we can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Incorrect Quantity or Incorrect Item Shipped. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTION. We are only responsible for one-way Shipping & Handling. Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product. Please make sure you agree with all these terms and conditions before purchasing of the product.
