Postage Methods and Costs
This item will be sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £5.49
NB. Items will only be despatched once payment has cleared
Royal Mail
§ If for any reason your item does not arrive, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to check with your local sorting office to see if the item is being held there. If the item is returned to us having not been collected we will recharge you postage costs to resend.
Collection
§ Collections are possible from our warehouse in Warrington, Cheshire, providing you have arranged this with us in advance.
Payment Options - Pick the method that is best for you!
The winning bidder is responsible to pay within Seven (7) days of the closing date of the auction, or forfeit the item(s).
§ Paypal – payments linked to credit cards clear immediately, payments linked to debit cards (e-cheques) can take up to 10+ days to clear,
§ Payment direct into our HSBC bank account – please contact us if this is your preferred method and details will be provided.
§ Personal Cheque – We only pay in cheques once a week and your item/s will only be sent once cleared funds are in our account. (You could be waiting up to 15 days to receive your goods) Our postal address will be provided on purchase.
§ Postal Order – Our postal address will be provided on purchase
Please supply your item number, name and delivery address with your payment when not paying with Paypal.

§ After sales queries, please let us have your name, address, item number and date of purchase & payment by email to help us respond to you efficiently.
Returns Policy
§ Items must be agreed in advance and returned within 7 days of receipt
§ Faulty items can be returned for an exchange where available or refund. The refund will be sent only once the faulty item has been received and the fault has been confirmed (i.e. not damaged or misused)
§ Non-Faulty items can be returned at your own expense. It must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging. A handling charge of 30% or £10 whichever is greater will apply.
