Our aim from the outset has always been to offer our customers, high quality products at low prices in a simple and efficient manner.  This uncomplicated approach has helped shape our success and is the reason why Bernards Bins continues to satisfy hundreds of new & repeat customers each month.

Q) Can a pack of bins be split down to the quantity I require? A) No. As they are pre packed in our warehouse we are unable to supply them individually.

Q) Do you combine shipping on multiple items? A) We combine shipping on all items; you should see multiple shipping costs on each item.

 We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Every order we process is delivered by external couriers. We despatch the vast majority of orders within 2 days of receiving fully payment and delivery usually takes no longer than 48 hours once dispatched. However these are just guidelines of usual practice.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
