Postage Methods and Costs
This item will be sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £ 5.50
Items will only be despatched once payment has cleared
Items sent to ITALY will only be sent by ‘International Signed For’ at cost of £4.50 + standard airmail cost.
Courier Despatch
§ We use a 2 - 3 day delivery service, which operates Monday to Friday
§ Normally items are delivered the next working day however this is not guaranteed.
§ Delivery is to Mainland UK Only and Exclusions apply.
Exclusions
IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, 49-50, PA20-88 and all addresses in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. Are subject to surcharge and delay.
Please contact us with your postcode, before purchase for costs.
§ Please supply a daytime telephone number to assist the driver and aide delivery.
§ In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, a card will be posted through your letterbox. You need to respond to this within 24hours! On the card will be the phone and consignment number, you need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. The undelivered consignment will be held at local depot for 3 days, if the depot is not contacted within this time the consignment will be returned to us and further charges will be incurred by you for the cost of your parcel being returned to us and redelivery to you. N.B.This is normally triple the original delivery costs!!!
Royal Mail
§ If for any reason your item does not arrive, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to check with your local sorting office to see if the item is being held there. If the item is returned to us having not been collected we will recharge you postage costs to resend.
Collection
§ Collections are possible from our warehouse in Warrington, Cheshire, providing you have arranged this with us in advance.
Opening hours: Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
Sat 9am – 4pm
Sunday 10am – 2pm
Payment Options - Pick the method that is best for you!
The winning bidder is responsible to pay within Seven (7) days of the closing date of the auction, or forfeit the item(s).
§ Paypal – payments linked to credit cards clear immediately, payments linked to debit cards (e-cheques) can take up to 10+ days to clear,
§ Payment direct into our HSBC bank account – please contact us if this is your preferred method and details will be provided.
§ Postal Order – Our postal address will be provided on purchase
§ Personal Cheque – We only pay in cheques once a week and your item/s will only be sent once cleared funds are in our account. (You could be waiting up to 15 days to receive your goods) Our postal address will be provided on purchase.
Please supply your item number, name and delivery address with your payment when not paying with Paypal.

§ Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We may be able to respond over the weekend but this cannot be guaranteed.
§ We aim to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, please check your junk mail, as often this is where they are received!
§ For items being sent by courier, please do let us have a daytime contact telephone number to aide delivery.
§ After sales queries, please let us have your name, address, item number and date of purchase & payment by email to help us respond to you efficiently.
Returns Policy
§ Items must be agreed in advance and returned within 7 days of receipt
§ Faulty items can be returned for an exchange where available or refund. The refund will be sent only once the faulty item has been received and the fault has been confirmed (i.e. not damaged or misused)
§ Non-Faulty items are returned at your own expense. It must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging. A handling charge of 30% or £10 whichever is greater will apply.
If you don't intend to pay, don't bid.
We file claims with eBay against all non-paying bidders.
