Mint or As new. Only a particle of dust or two and the lightest of marks will separate the item from being like you just took it out of the manufacturers box for the first time.

Excellent means that the overall appearance is close to new but that there will be light scratches. Typically, an item described as Excellent will not have any significant wear to the plastic, metal or writing. Sometimes, however, it is a judgement on the fact that the item just looks great.

Very Good items are good looking overall but show clear signs of use. Such signs will not significantly detract from the item being a pleasure to look at. The item will work properly and have no functionality flaws.

Good is a broad term to include all the used items that show definate signs of use, some of which may be heavy. There could be a single large or deep scratch, possible more than one and many smaller marks but the item will still work as intended.

Poor items are not lookers at all and may have a piece missing or not work as intended. Look out for the list of flaws described on items rated as Poor. Items of Poor condition cannot be returned!
