What I have for sale here is a Pink & white Barbie scooter with helmet.  This is in very good condition (as per picture).

All of our items come from a smoke & pet free home.

Feedback

Your feedback is important to us, so please remember to leave us feedback, and we will do the same for you. If you have any problems with an item please contact us BEFORE  leaving feedback as many problems can easily be rectified, so please give us the opportunity.

Delivery

Once an item has been paid for, it will be dispatched out within two working days. If using a courier service sometimes it may take longer. If you wish we can email you notifying when your item has been dispatched.

We can also send items out via recorded or special delivery. Please email us before hand so we can provide you with a quote for this service.

Please allow plenty of time for an item to be delivered. Items cannot be tracked until 21 days after the item was posted.

When items have been dispatched we obtain a postage receipt as proof of postage.  It rarely happens but if items are lost or damaged in the post we cannot take responsibility for this and will therefore not provides refunds as a result. If you do not agree with this, then please do not bid on our items.

International postage

We do post items internationally but will only accept Paypal as a method of payment. Before winning an item please contact us for a postage quote for sending out the item. The cost of international postage will be whichever is the cheapest when sending with Royal Mail. Quotes can take up to 2 working days to obtain as the item has to be weighed at the local post office.

Payment

Uk bidders – we accept payment via paypal, cheques, postal orders and escrow. When sending payment please include your id and the item description so that we can identify you.

Non-payment

Unfortunately there are some occasions where payment is not received from buyers. If you are having any problems with making payment please contact us and let us know. We are quite patient when receiving payment, however if we have not received payment within 14 days of the item being won then the item will be re-listed and we will leave you negative feedback warning other sellers away from you.

Returns.

If you wish to return an item then returns can be made 14 days after an item has been received. All our items include return addresses. Any item that is being returned should be dispatched in its original condition and packaged sufficiently. Please contact us before returning an item. All return postage costs you will have to pay for, unless the fault is on our behalf.

Returns will not be issued for items which match the full description.
