Please note that ballet shoes are one size smaller, so if your child is a size 4 outdoor shoe, then you will need a size 5 ballet shoe. These shoes come with the elastics sewn on one side to make it nice and easy to fasten on the other side, then your ready. They are brand new and have never been out of the bag.
