Very pretty vintage wicker shopping basket featuring a green, blue and yellow peacock feather made of fine wicker thread. It is made from strong wicker weave and features bright pink lines in wicker weave as well as the feather design on the front. The inside of the basket is lined with a pink plastic lining that matches the colour on the front of the basket. The lining is water proof and washable. The basket is strong and has reinforced handles so can carry quite alot of weight. The basket measures 48cm wide at the top (the widest part) and 24cm wide at the bottom. It is 40cm high and the handle is 14cm high. This basket could be used as a shopping basket, storage basket, beach bag or as a picnic basket.
