Delivery Information

All items are sent out the same day during weekdays, we have 2 Royal Mail Business Collections each day, one at 1pm and the other at 5.30pm. All items are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery and are only shipped to the UK. Once we have packed and sent your item you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number so that you can track your order.

Packaging

All items are sent out discreetly with no reference to what is inside. Items are either sent securely in brown "Jiffy" style envelopes or brown cardboard boxes.

Private Listings

All adult products are listed as private listings, which means that no other member of ebay will know what you have bought.

Refunds And Returns
We have a no-nonsense no-quibble returns policy.
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened. If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been open.

Undelivered / Missing Goods
If after 7 days (UK) from the date your order was dispatched your good(s) are still undelivered please follow the following procedure: Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good(s). If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal office where they are stored for a period of time. If after this period of time the good(s) have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good(s) are not at your local sorting office please contact us to inform that your good(s) have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good(s) were ordered.

Defective Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box will all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement wihin 30 days

Refunds
The Eurpoean Comsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - typically within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

To Return An Item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wash and wrap your item in a plastic bag, wrap the package secure and send it to us. If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the item to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory right. Please return items by First Class Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
