Full refunds are only given when goods are faulty/broken. If the carriers are at fault, refunds will be paid when carriage disputes are over. Full refunds won't be given for goods that are the wrong size, not as expected, etc. As seller openly invites for questions to be asked about the goods descriptions, sizes etc, and where photos are shown the goods are sold as seen. If this should happen return postage costs are to be met by the buyer, and only the item cost will be refunded, NOT P&P. |
