Solid pine painted in Laura Ashley twine & lightly distressed

Solid pine slatted base, sides base & headboard

Turned carved ball posts with a carved detail on headboard

The bed can be taken apart, with base & top slotting out & slats can be unscrewed to enable easier moving

This is a very sturdy, heavy & solid  pine bed that cost us £699  3 years ago, so it is a great bargin.  We are keeping the mattress for our new bed but it takes a normal king size

Bed has beeen used but looked after so has the odd sign of distress on the paint work but as this bed feature the distressed paint look it fits in with the feel of the bed. It could be stripped or repainted another colour if desired, Cath Kidston features a duck egg blue one almost the same in here catalogue & it looked great!

This bed will last a life time as it is very sturdy & will take little ones jumping up & down on it
