We will accept returns of items returned within 14 working days of receipt. If you wish to do this then we must be informed in writing or by email within this period, and the goods returned promptly by an insured trackable service.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations buyers do have a duty of care towards the products and we would expect that in most cases the item should be received back to us in the same condition that you received it. 

The buyer is responsible for all costs of returning the item, unless it is faulty or not as described. A full refund including initial postage will be given upon return of the item purchased.

This policy applies only to "Buy it Now" items and items must be received back in the condition they arrived. Any auction only items will state the applicable returns policy if any in the listing details.
