I prefer PayPal as it is quick, easy and efficient. 

For UK buyers, I will also accept Postal Orders and Personal Cheques.  Note that I will wait for cheques to clear before sending your purchase.

For international buyers, it must be PayPal unless you have contacted me before making your purchase to discuss an alternative.

I will always despatch your order as soon as I possibly can.   If paid by PayPal, this is often on the same day as your purchase, but failing that, it will be sent on the following day. If you pay by cheque, I will wait for the cheque to clear before sending (usually 5 working days). 

I will post anywhere in the world! Over half of my sales are outside the UK, so please buy with confidence!

All of the postal charges are very low – I do not try to make money from you in this way. 

All items will be sent to your registered eBay address.

If you are buying more than one of this particular item, then the postal charge will be automatically calculated for you.  If you are buying multiple different items, then please do the following:

1.    Buy all of the items that you need in one go.
2.    Go to Pay Now and choose “request total from seller”
3.    Then wait until I have sent you a combined invoice that I will calculate based on the combined weight of all of your items.
4.    Then please pay me!

I can’t offer combined postage if you pay separately for all of your items.

I take pride in offering my customers a great service – as you will be able to see from my feedback.  And I will always try to make sure that any problems are sorted to your satisfaction.  If you are not happy with any of your purchases, please tell me immediately (before leaving feedback) and I will respond ASAP.

I am not a seller who refuses to take refunds.  I know how hard it is to sometimes find the correct part – especially when you are buying online.  If you find it is not what you needed after all, then I will issue a refund once I have received the part back – in good, re-saleable condition.  But please contact me to discuss before doing so.  You will need to do this within 7 days of receiving the item.  If you leave this any longer, I reserve the right to refuse.  Please also note that I cannot refund the cost of the postage under these circumstances.

If the part is faulty, then I will also refund you your postage costs incurred in sending the item back to me.  You will have a choice of a replacement part being sent to you – or a full refund of your purchase – including postage charges.  You will also get a heartfelt apology from me!
