Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt if item not as described, except earrings which cannot be returned due to health reasons, unless faulty. In the rare event of your item being misdescribed or faulty, please email prior to return. In all cases buyers should obtain proof of posting for returned items. By agreement a replacement item will be sent (if possible) or a refund made on receipt of returned goods. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The rights to return goods to us will not apply in all cases in the event that new items have been used. Our decision regarding condition of returned goods will be final.
A Certificate of Posting or a tracking number for Recorded mail is obtained for every package sent. We cannot accept responsibility for mail lost or damaged in the post. Buyers will be responsible for making any claim for mail lost or damaged in the post.
In these circumstances we will provide the necessary 'Certificate of Posting' or 'Recorded Delivery' documentation and tracking numbers to enable buyers to persue claims. We do not make refunds on items lost or damaged in the post. |
