To make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, please refer to the store policies listed below.
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now!   Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

Check-Out Later!   If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order.  Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout.

Payment   We accept payments made through Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We also accept money orders and cheques.  Payment is required within 10 days from the auction close.

Shipping   Delivery usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days of receiving full payment, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order.  We have no control over any disruption to the Postal Services please check www.royalmail.com/update. You may also find it worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office, or the appropriate courier, as there is every chance they have tried to deliver to you, but were unable to. Postage Offer   If you spend over £10 with us we will send your items out for only £5.99.  The items must be paid for together, and bought within 7 days.  (This offer excludes our Wallace Sacks items and our Large Glass Fronted Shoe Cabinet).

Returns / Cancelled Bids   All bids on eBay are binding, whether you win the auction or not. If for any reason you cannot or will not complete the transaction upon winning the auction, please do not bid.

All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.   We are not a buy and try store - all items must be returned new and factory sealed.  Shipping charges are non_refundable on these items.  A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 10% of the purchase price.
