Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. 
Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
If your item is to be delivered via courier please inform us of a suitable week day for delivery.
deliveries are all day calls and normally occur between 8.00am & 6.00pm. unfortunately we cannot stipulate time calls. 
Saturdays can be arranged for an additional charge - please email for a quote. 
prices are quoted for mainland uk - if you live outside of the mainland - zone 1 - please email for a delivery quote.





Selected items are available for collection from our Wolverhampton stock centre - WV2 2QD. please email for details should you wish to collect in person.

In the event of an item being lost in transit a new item can be dispatched to you once confirmed lost. Please be aware that we do have tracking details for certain products sent out but we do not individually monitor each delivery. This information can be provided on request from the customer. If you would like to purchase extra shipping insurance on top of the standard delivery charge please email for a quote.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. 
In the unlikely event that you need to return your item please ensure that it is repackaged as when you received it and return all accessories and documents that belong to the item.
