All new items are covered by us for one year warranty for factory defects(will not provide with factory warranty unless stated, we understand the now almost not possible for buyers to get service in their countries even with factory warranty, so it is very important to deal with reliable sellers like us for after sale service).
All used items are covered by us for 3 months warranty for factory defects.
Buyers will pay for fixation charges for damage due to unproper usage and shipping cost in and out if find it not factory defect

In many countries, there is no additional import duties, tariffs and/or taxes imposed. However Import duty/VAT/GST may be imposed by your country. The buyer shall be responsible for finding out if any such duties are applicable. We will endeavour to do all we can to minimize tax/duties liability by declare lower value or as gift upon request by buyers. However, the buyer shall be responsible for any and all such costs imposed by customs in their country and the brokerage fee by courier service.

Please notify us within 7 days from date of delivery if the item you receive is not as described. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as the item is received by us. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense. We're sorry but there will be no returns accepted due to changing your mind (or your spouse/significant other changing your mind for you).
