Here for sale is a Photopia (Germany) camera accessory shoe mounted RANGEFINDER… to be mounted on the older cameras without built-in rangefinding facility to measure distance to subject by bringing two images into one in rangefinder viewfinder, using large knurled wheel and using vertical edge of subject as focus point. Distance-to-subject is then read of scale and transferred to focussing ring on lens body. Subject should now be in focus and sharp when picture is taken. This rangefinder is in normally used condition cosmetically, but optics are clear, and images contrasty, and seems quite accurate, and is a pleasure to use. It is adjustable for accuracy.
