You are bidding or not a Perpetual Photo Print-to-Keep of The original 1970's shaving brush signed by The Arist. Uncle Tom's shaving brush - cripes - don't mention tea. Don't mention the war. Don't dare giggle. Perhaps it was all about flavour. What did he dunk it in his tea for? Why were we never allowed to ask, or mention it. Oh! The agony of the suppressed hilarity at tea time at aunties' when this brush came out and the ritual of it being dunked in his tea cup took place. Why? Perhaps there was a rational or even reasonable explanation. A preservative? Perhaps it was the flavour after all. Why were these events never mentioned or explained. Being left as a mystery made it worse, or was it better, for the giggle agony. What a brush. Quite bored with it now of course, but the memories of the mirth at tea time quite distracted one from ones' kipper. What if someone outside the family bids on one It'll be alright. They will never know. Ummmm? Ok. |
