Phoenix Canariensis Canary Island Date Hardy Palm 7.5Lt

A TROPICAL LOOK TO YOUR GARDEN

You are buying a 6 year old plant in a 7.5 Litre pot. The plant stands approximately 70 to 80cm above the pot.

This stunning Palm is widely growing in popularity. Although described as half hardy, Phoenix Canariensis will withstand quite severe frosts, wind damage can however effect plants until properly hardened off. In not so sheltered places wrapping the plants overwinter with fleece for the first year or two is highly recommended.

Plants prefer full sun, but will tolerate most conditions, even though they are palm trees and can survive with very little water, they grow best when well watered and are hungry feeders - so feed often. White to cream flowers can appear when well established. As the old leaves die off, cut them off at the base and this will eventually produce the trunk of the palm.

(We do not normally dispatch Thursday to Sunday inclusive to avoid live plants sitting in a sorting depot over the weekend.)

Non perishable items are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Alternatively, you can send personal cheque or Postal Order, but please allow at least 7 working days for cheques to clear.

The Photographs of our Plants are taken when we first list them on Ebay, depending on when you purchase the plants the appearance may vary to that in the photograph in accordance with the relevant season and the growth cycle of the particular plant. Please note this will not affect the overall quality of the plant.

FAULTY GOODS
When you first receive your goods, before signing for them make sure that the box and packing is not damaged, if there is please note this on the delivery document when signing for your item. All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications . Please ensure that you mark any delivery papers as 'damaged upon receipt'.

NON-FAULTY GOODS
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
